Duty:

  • To prepare practical session timetable every trimester
  • To obtain updated lab sheet from LMC representatives every trimester once timetable is ready. To compile and store all lab sheet in Google Drive and inform all lab staff to facilitate purchase of items use in practical session
  • To record issues encounter in practical sessions and provide summary in LMC meeting

  • To manage, regulate and distribute glassware for long term loan

Duty:

  • FYP – loan period until Week 14 of FYP2. PG/Research – loan period until 30th June or 31st December
  • To manage long term glassware loan, ensuring the request from users are reasonable and justifiable
  • To manage loan quantity and limitation when request of certain glassware is high so that each user has chance to use the glassware (e.g. measuring glassware 1 each per user)
  • Certain specialized glassware are only allowed for daily loan basis
  • To initiate purchase when quantity of glassware is low or demand has increased
